19 Jun 2008 - Year 3/4 Trip to Oxford

  As part of their study of the Ancient Eygptian civilisation, Y3 & 4 visited the Ashmoleum museum in Oxford to look at the museum's extensive collection of Eygptian artifacts. Amoungst the exhibits, was a huge stone tomb & several mummies (very popular with the children!). There was also time to visit some of the other galleries, particularly the section showing 19th Century French painting.
